"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"Ramos was the only cleaning service I called that responded promptly AND actually showed up on time. They are professional and the cleaners were very friendly and thorough. They cleaned every inch of my apartment and they did a spectacular job. I would 100% recommend them and plan to continue utilizing their services on a regular basis. "I used this service for 3 years. They were mediocre at best. But I let it go since I just wanted a clean house and not overly picky. Examples include, scratched mirror, dirty rags left all around the house, new sheets put on top of old/dirty sheets, brooms left out and furniture not put back. They’re also consistently late with no apologies, every time you bring something up you get an excuse. The final straw was yesterday, it was 2 new ppl, took them 3.5 hours to do my 4b/4b house. We have a set monthly rate. Angelina texts me after they left that it will cost $80 more since they took longer. How is that my problem? The house was not messier than usual, in fact I didn’t have them do a room bc I was using it. What’s the point of a set rate if you then will get charged hourly? I am done and would not recommend."
