"Best experience, ever. In September a storm had damaged and pulled off vinyl siding on our home, I had never filed a claim on our homeowners before and had no idea what to expect. Filed the claim online and then started search for a siding company. Jeremy responded quickly, was very personable and explained the process that would take place with the insurance company and how he would help to get the insurance company to do the right thing and cover our entire siding replacement as the siding we had was old and could not be matched, he was spot on. Jeremy even spoke to our adjuster and came to our house to inspect the damage with the adjuster and advocate for us. He wasn’t pushy or trying to get us to sign a contract. I’ve always been told you should get at least 3 estimates so I did. We went with Sensible Home Products for many reasons; quality of previous jobs completed, Jeremy’s passion and insight on how to make our home look beautiful, his persistent efforts in dealing with our insurance company, and we also loved that all the work was done by his own guys and not contracted out. Jeremy’s crew started on time each day, were extremely polite, very proficient and did incredible work. At the end of each day things were clean and neat. The workers treated our home as if it were their own, a rarity these days. Jeremy called or stopped by almost everyday to check in with his crew and us to make sure we were happy with the work being done. It was a great experience from start to finish --- beginning with the estimator using drone footage to show us areas that needed to be replaced. We found the prices to be competitive with other companies in the area and they were able to schedule the work at our convenience, which was nice. At one point it seemed like it would turn into a two-day job due to extra materials needed, but fortunately they were able to run out and get the materials. "Roofing its something no home owner ever wants to do, but most have to go through. I won't even lie I wasn't even planning on getting a new roof, but Dale Knocked on my door and thats where the process started. My roof did go through insurance & aside from signing paper work/paying my deductible A1 handled everything. Obviously specific details from the insurance goes to you and then given to A1. Its not a short process and there is paperwork you have to sign, but all In all it did take me about 4 to 5 months where the process was started to roof replacement. Dale handled interactions with showing my the conditions of my roof and how to go about getting it put through the insurance. The only hiccup was that I have solar panels and I did feel like they where taken down to early (almost 5 months off), but I made my concerns known and one of the Managers called me and credited me $500 bucks (100 per month) that the panels where off. They did tell me setbacks in productions and things happen, but made me happy by giving me this credit. Didn't fight me on it, and didn't make me feel like I was just an insurance check on the other end. You can trust A1 home improvement with your home. I would like to thank Dale for his work & all the others that helped me throughout one of the most stressful process there can be for a house."

"Out initial meeting with Nu-Face was during the free estimate phase. The representative who visited our house was very professional, highly knowledgeable, and clearly communicated all of the project details to us of what we could expect, if we chose Nu-face as our siding contractor. We received a project estimate within 2 days, and after reviewing multiple quotes, we decided that Nu-Face would be the contractor to perform the siding work. After we informed them of our decision, Joe (owner) contacted us to schedule a visit to our home to meet with us a few weeks later, to review everything and sign the contract. During Joe’s visit with us, we walked the house perimeter as he discussed the entire process involved, explaining how they would install the siding and trim at the various locations – windows, doors, corners, roof facias and soffits, light fixtures, outlets, etc.…. Joe made sure that all of our project questions were answered before we signed the contract that day.
