"I called on a Sunday. Christine from All Jersey called me back on Sunday; I discussed pricing with Rich and was able to schedule my repair for Monday. They texted me when the technician, Joe, was on his way. He arrived within the window we had set. Evaluated the leaking line; went out to his truck, got the correct replacement line, removed the old one, installed the new line, tested the water dispenser & icemaker to confirm sealed fittings, buttoned up the back of the fridge and moved it back into place. The whole interaction from start to finish was smooth, polite, and professional. I would absolutely call All Jersey Appliance Repair again."

"Woke up in the morning and discovered that our 4 year old KitchenAid french door refrigerator was not working properly and although it was running was not cooling either the regrigerator or freezer. I called the company that had previously done warranty work for us on behalf of KitchenAid and they said they could have someone out in 8 days!!! So I went on Angies List and contacted Morris County Appliance. They said they prioritize refrigeration calls and would get back to me within 30 minutes to schedule something. They had someone out by 1:00 pm and discovered there was a blockage in the condensor, cleaned it out and got it working again. They were very curteious, helpful and professional and we were very pleased. Price for a service call was $95. which I thought was a little high as we were charged $80 for an electrical contractor recently but is was an emergency and they did respond quickly.

I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. "My call was responded within less than an hour and Mo arrived the next morning. He patiently reviewed the system and found that the coil is in a state of disrepair. Recent regulations require complete replacement of the unit; this is a major job. Mo patiently helped me evaluate the pros and cons of different products and gave me a very good offer to handle it.. In the meantime my house renters, who spent two sleepless nights in oven-hot bedrooms, got a same-day installation offer from a plumber who worked for them. They just not help replacing the pipes but even went and buy all the required materials. They didnâ t complain a bit. They work and fixed all that too on Sunday.
