"I explained to Jeff that I had bought a new condo, which was new construction, and I had concerns that the HVAC was not properly working and I wasn't getting enough clean air. Jeff was able to come the very next day. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what he does. He conducted many tests - toxic gas levels, dust, mold, dander, etc. After about 30 minutes of testing, he identified I had a slow gas leak in my gas fireplace, which apparently had not been installed right. He stayed with me while the gas company came to remedy the situation. I am so grateful for him or I would never have known about the leak, which was probably contributing to health issues I was having.
