There was roughly $90 additional on top of the $79 Big Deal because we did have a repair that needed to be done and we suspected that. That was the reason for the timing of our purchase of it. He did a really nice job and he provided the service with a smile. He came out certainly within ten days and two weeks after we purchased the Big Deal. He got it running just like new again. What stood out was his honesty. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"Over the phone, they took down the serial numbers for my appliances so they could look for the parts. At first Otto said he didn't want to buy the part for my oven because if it turned out not to be the problem, they wouldn't be able to return it. I let him know that I would like the oven to be repaired as quickly as possible. When he came out to the house, he said he decided to go ahead and purchase the part anyway as he was pretty confident that was the problem. He was correct and so the problem was fixed that day. It turned out that the part he bought for the icemaker wouldn't work, but he glued a piece that got the icemaker working and did not charge us for it. I was very impressed with the service and would definitely use them again in the future. <br />"
