"Our relationship with All Star Mechanical began with Chris coming out to diagnose my AC problem. He tested the system and diagnosed it as low on refrigerant likely due to a leak. We asked to get a quote on replacing the AC and the entire HVAC system. The furnace was a 25 year old Trane. The air filter was 1in thick and struggled to blow through a non-MERV filter, and I wanted cleaner air for the health of my family, especially since wildfires aren't going away anytime soon. We also wanted a whole house humidifier to assist the Vornado units we run 24/7 in the winter. Finally, Chris buttoned the system up completely by running updated thermostat wiring and relocated my thermostat so the new system is compatible with my ADT Z-Wave ADC -T2000 monitored thermostat (my request)!
