"Been a few years now. It’s been a constant stubble since day 1. They were late. I took the day off. Sprinklers are almost ALL to low for my grass height. I constantly have to monitor the system as I have heads not popping up consistently. I then have to go dig them up and take out the pressure regulator valve which part of what makes the i20 hunters cost more in the first place. Technicians have been a few times in the first year putting bandaids on things and showing me how to fix them. I don’t bother calling them anymore as I know they are not going to come raise all the sprinklers or put 6in heads on them. Multiple sprinklers don’t sit straight in the ground either which is another fight on its own. All in all I would never do it again with this company. The staff and secretary were great with me. Workers were friendly just not good at rhere job except the lead tech who was the only one who spoke partial English also which made it even harder. Feel free to ask me about the rest of the problems if you wish."

"Biggest scam I e ever experience. The charged me 40k after interest to fix my sagging foundation, and fix my flooding crawl space. After an impressive sales pitch I signed the contract and had them do the ?work?. dusing the sales pitch they told me they would level my floors, and install equipment to prevent my crawl space from flooding every year. They explained this will be a multiple day project and I would have to rip up my floor to give the access to the foundation. So I ripped up my floor, and had them come in to do the work. They were in and out in about 4 hours, and left me with still sagging floors. after Getting in the crawl space myself I discovered that multiple of the jacks that they installed to lift the foundation, weren?t even touching the joists. And to this day, my crawl space still floods with a foot of water every spring. I contacted Ayer?s to see what can be done, they offered no compensation, and no help. "DO NOT HIRE! Caleb made promises he couldn't keep. His team showed up unannounced, they broke equipment in my yard and had to fix it themselves. I requested a leveling services and while they fix one side of the yard, they made the other side, that was flat, ankle twisting. 5 weeks after service the grass still has not grown. When I called to request reseeding, Caleb made more promises about coming on 3 separate occasions, but has still yet to show up. I spent twice as much for this company as the other quote, and they left my large yard looking like this."

The boulder wall that they did for us wasn’t done correctly causing water retention around it and onto the pavers nearby and soil coming thru many areas between the boulders. The spill behind the boulders was eroding away. Communication from Bob (the owner) was terrible and he failed to follow thru on multiple occasions. Have had to have boulder wall rebuilt by another company within a year."
