"It took 3 days after Conrad came out and gave an estimate. Demolition of the front yard took one day. Then a few days later the demolition of the backyard was completed along with the foundation for the drip system was laid and the front yard sprinkler system was placed and then the lawn the following week. He brought a crew of 5 - 6 for two of the three days. they came fully equipped for the job at hand. His crew was friendly, professional and very hard working. Best of all they hauled away all the debris and cleaned up at the end of each day. End result fully functional sprinkler system, a home that now has amazing curb appeal, a green lawn. the backyard looks completely updated and a drip system that is up and running. "EDDIE,Came on time, TEXTED ME THAT HE WILL BE AT MY HOME AT 7:00am tomorrow,Told him the problem three sprinklers valves not being used off since 8 years ago! But one was leaking?? I want them all out caped and removed ,Eddie did that Gone !! Found out my system was hooked up on the line before the house shut of so I would have to shut off at the meter at the Street !! If there ever was a leak told me the shut off valve after the meter nice to know!!! Track homes !! And then looked at the 3 valves that were active but only used one , Had water wise landscaping no lawn !! Just DG Sand and Rock design one sago palm but old valve was starting to leak Had Eddie remove 3 old valves and He installed 1 new valve/With filter. "This was a very large project .The backyard was cleanup of 10 years of declining gardening and debris involving grading, resloping and placing degraded granite. Then there was the new design and installation of an irrigation system to support the new landscaping and sod installation in another part of the backyard. In the front we widened the driveway which involved root hacking, digging, laying re-bar and pouring and finishing down the new concrete. Yosef and his crew were responsive,capable and courteous. We felt the fee was very reasonable for such hard work. We are very pleased with the results."

"Wes and his crew have worked with us before (May 2016 - see prior review ) so our expectations were high based on the prior high-quality experience. They exceeded our high expectations in terms of quality and time to get the job done. His description of his company states 'we build your dreams' and this could not be more accurate. We thought about this space for quite some time and had very specific requests about building materials (we wanted Ipe hardwood and particular stones and particular lights and a particular avocado tree!). He took our poorly drawn sketch and turned it into our dream side yard. Turned out as we expected only the color of the wood really pops and looks amazing against the rock. As with the last job, he pays attention to all of the unseen structural details - the stepping stones are all cemented in and level, the planters - while appearing to be above ground - are all anchored and level. This team really does pay attention to detail and doesn't just throw things together. I have to say - I did not even bother getting a competing bid because our prior experience with Wes was so great and we are so happy with the quality of the work. We'll have him out one more time for a final project we have planned in a year or two - have to dream it up! I told Wes he is always welcome to use our yard as a 'reference' - it is a dream come true space."

I found him through Angies List. So far he is good.    The last time he was here he repaired a sprinkler. He was upfront about it. Not that he lied about it.   I have never seen the lawn look that good.  He knows his stuff. He is very knowledgeable. The negative is the price. It is not that much extra than what I was paying.   He is pretty right on what I was expecting.  He is very clean.  He did a lot of extra stuff like weeding which I did not expect. He did it on top of everything. I am very happy with him. The grass looks excellent so he is good. I would use him in the future."
