"Luis Mercado was very meticulous and professional. He was very neat and tidy and cleaned up very thoroughly when the repair was completed. The repair took the whole day. the result is that where there was a pronounced crack on my granite countertop in front of the sink, it is now fixed and the crack does not show at all! I know that it is there I can see the repair but it is well repaired and polished so imperceptible by someone who doesn't know about the problem. Luis also cleaned and polished the opposite counter. The cost was reasonable and offered a very viable option to changing both counters which would have cost a lot more money. Kris and Edgar showed up on time and immediately went to work taping and tarping cabinets and walls. I left them alone for the most part and checked periodically, but they thoroughly cleaned floor first then filled holes with epoxy mix that hardened immediately. Then they use a commercial buffer with a polishing compound that left and amazing shine! Even when new our floor never looked this good.

Due to some of the pits being so shallow they weren't able to fill completely but 100% better than before. And Kris, you forgot

that little place by the door jam but don't worry. I'll attach a picture.

"Just like a good doctor, lawyer, or mechanic, a good contractor is someone I would use again and again if they are honest, professional, and does good quality work. Since doing our initial bathroom and kitchen remodel in 2013, I have used John for numerous other projects such as laying new tiles and adding mosaic back splash in the kitchen of another home. John is professional in the way he explains every detail, answers every question, and the thing I like most about him is he would suggest recommendations that can save us a lot of money from having to redo something down the road. "Mark of L.A. Custom Tile recently finished the remodel of a small bathroom.  He did our master bath 3 years ago and did such a fabulous job that I did not consider hiring anyone else.  This bathroom is the only downstairs bathroom and is only 5 ft x 5 ft.  I needed it to serve two purposes: powder room and guest bathroom with a shower for overnight guests.  The only way to maximize the space was to create a "Euro" bath that is fully waterproofed and fully tiled so it can serve as a shower and a powder room.  Mark totally demo'd the old bathroom, raised the ceiling, plumbed, brought in a licensed electrician to do the wiring, installed all fixtures, and did the most amazing tile work I've ever seen.  I chose hand-made tiles that are intrinsically uneven, not knowing how difficult they were to work with.  Only a highly experienced tile perfectionist could have done the job. Mark created a bench and an inset shelf in the shower area.  The room is fully tiled: floor, walls, ceiling.  It is a gorgeous spa-bath and looks much bigger than it actually is.  I've used many contractors for remodel work; Mark is by far the best.  He is honest, reliable, and highly skilled.  I recommend him without reservation.
