"We started the process of having a fence (vinyl & chain link) installed. The vinyl install was acceptable. There were a few hiccups with schedules, but it got done. The chainlink was unacceptable and needed to be corrected a total three times. Once the owner and brother were involved, the install issues stopped, but it took them a long time to finish the 3 day project. I singed with the company on 2/7/17 and finished paying in late May."

"Mega Power was great! I hired them to go solar on my house and the solar analyst that came out was very helpful from day one. He was not just simply a sales guy he gave me his personal cell phone that I was able to call anytime if I had questions or wanted updates about my project.
My project was about 6 kW and consisted of 22 panels, each panel was 275 Watts. What I loved about these guys is that all the products they installed were American made products, warrantied for 25 years! "ADU Garage Conversion is not an easy task so I contacted several recommended contractors to see their offers. "They are hands down the best investment I ever made in my life. I had a very odd shaped area that I needed fenced off, but I have a very modern looking house. He came and took measurements within two days. He then came back with the final measurements with his welder. It was so fast. He had these 9' beautiful fences. They powder coat them to the color you want. His design is awesome. The property line is a little angled, so the fences wouldn't fit because the metal is so tall, so they went overnight and welded a new piece. It is so nice. After that, it was so good, I had them redo my garage door in the same style. That again, took nine business days. It was just perfect. It sounds expensive, but these were big gates. They ran 25' of fencing and then another 7' on one side. They also put in two doors that have deadbolts, with many angles. It's not just an average garage. My house was built in the 1920's, so they went way beyond. It wasn't like putting on a new door, they had to build a new steel frame, and then they had to inset it into the roof line. It was so much more than you could ever expect. I can't stop talking about it. They were just so good. They put two working barn doors on the garage with separate locks. It is very detailed. They were so professional. It's so hard to find in LA people that you want to work with again. They are going to do a 30' fence along the back of my house, so I will be using them again in a couple of months. I don't know how much more I could gush about them. I had been avoiding doing the work because I'm use to people coming up with excuses. They were just problem solvers. They were fixing problems and making them work versus trying to up charge you after the fact. It was very straightforward and the price didn't change. I think they did more work than they initially thought, but there was no haggle on the price or anything."

"After Christmas and after confirming a new coming member in our family, we decide to remodel our small kitchen, initially we planned it as  DIY project, but we decided to get some pricing from local contractors. After meeting several contractors, we finally met Mike from United Builders, we were very impressed how knowledgeable he was and how he really understood our needs, focusing on our request and providing advice about the best way to complete project.
Our main concerns were timing on completion of project and price. Mike was very insighful and provide full schedule for completion of project, he came with much less time that all other contractors (2 weeks). Price was in line with other contractors (we were pricing kitchen remodel only), however, Mike went beyond what you would expect and he included floors to entire house (except bedrooms) and a new entry door installation. At that point it was a no brainer.
Project started on time, since we added floors and entry door, timing was changed to 3 weeks. No need to mention, he finished in less than 3 weeks and we were very satisfied.
After we agreed to price, my wife loved how United Builders approached the design part of the project, you show to their showroom and pick whatever you want for your project, from cabinets, tile, countertops, backsplash, finishes, colors, etc. All of this with no concern later on getting push for more money, yeah! no gimicks! as Mike mentioned after they agree to price, doesn't matter if you pick cheap or expensive stuff, price is warrantied and you are free of preassure, you just focus on designing your place as it should be.
One comment regarding this project and I guess for this matter anytime you work with a contractor, you need to keep constant communication with them to avoid issues at the end, I cannot lie and say everything was perfect, but we kept constant communication with Mike and all our concerns were addressed 100%. Job was 100% satisfactory, it meet all our expectations and we already referred him to our friends.

"My husband and I purchased our home in last year that needed of lot of remodeling.  The house was in a very bad condition and it needed to be fully renovated. From our past experience, we knew how the process was going but we were fully committed to finding the right contractor for this and to get this renovation project going and complete. It pretty sad to see that no one in my family, friends or neighbors were able to refer someone they had used in the past because they had such a bad experience during or after the remodeling. We interviewed pretty much a lot of contractors but we must say that Ori Sakal from ECO design pro was the most honest and pleasant contractor we've met from all the other ones. From the very beginning he told us what to expect and what we need to do before hiring ‘A’ contractor. He initially told us we need an architect to change the structure and layout of the house. We tried to differ from his advice but we realized he was right about hiring the architect. We needed an architect to legally change the structure and layout of our house. Ori invested time to gain our trust by presenting to us some of his previous jobs for reference. His estimate (ECO design pro) was not extremely low which means his work was not low quality but it was not extremely high either. it was in the middle!  We believe his price was very fair and reasonable for all the amount of work we required. Now after the work is completes, I can write that I am very happy we decided to hire him for this project. From the moment Ori took over this project, his team has made this process a lot easier for us. they completed the demolition of our home in 4 days which was impressive! They began by leveling out the floors and created the new layout of our home right after. They were knowledgeable, well experienced and they followed all the steps and stages in the plans. Everything that was on paper was coming to life right before our eyes and it was an unforgettable experience. The footing & foundation are very solid, the framing, exterior finishing and the interior finishing were remarkable and used great materials. Overall, his team are highly skilled contractors and I will forever be grateful for their talent and exceptional customer service. His team was extremely professional, respectful, hardworking and reliable individuals. They were always united, always on time and always available to answer our questions. It was such a beautiful, pleasant experience that I will always speak very highly of ECO design pro and I will never trust anyone else other than this team to do work in my house or any other project I may face in the near future."
