They cut out sections of dry rot from the eves and other areas, repaired the damage, caulked and painted. They also repaired the patio, replacing two badly rotted beams including the main patio support beam. The did not drip or splash paint on brick walkways or patio and cleaned up every day before leaving. I would hire them again for any home maintenance or addition project."

"Action Services Inc. did a good job. That was pretty quick. They did a pretty good job except that they ran out of time to do all of the work I wanted them to do which was fine. I thought they might be only able to do half of it with the time we bought. I don't remember if they offered any amount for more time. They ran out of time to plug up holes like the stucco that they made for it. It was kind of disappointing. They told us beforehand what they were going to do so that's okay. "

He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. In addition to replacing the tiles, he fixed other tiles that were previously repaired by another company. He was efficient and did an awesome job.
