"I call Shaun on a Wednesday to get an estimate on installing on a new roof on our home in New London, CT. We made an appointment and Shaun was at our home promptly at the appointed time. I told him that I thought we needed a new roof and that we had had a leek. He inspected the roof and told me it was old but would last for a few more seasons. We live in another state and wanted the roof replaced. He gave us a price which was in the ballpark of what i expected to pay. What sold me on SJM was that they had another job delay and he could have a crew here tomorrow. At 9:00 a dumpster was delivered and at 9:30 a crew of seven workers. arrived. By 5:00 pm his crew had completed the job, the job was inspected by the City and every thing was cleaned up. I would give SJM my highest recommendation. The only thing that did not go well was that some of my shrubs were crush. Shaun wanted to pay for them, but they will come back.. It was a pleasure working with SJM Roofing."

External Paint  sanding (prep) ? wet sanding of the home went quickly and very clean  - superb workmanship very happy with work

External Paint tape (prep)- this is where the project was very slow and time seem to take forever to complete ? 2 weeks of taping .

External Paint ? primer coat - excellent workmanship very happy 1 day

External Paint ? base color 2 coats - excellent workmanship took too long to complete-  8 days

 External Paint ? trim color - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 5 days

If you are not looking to get house done quickly 1-2 weeks then these are the guys for you excellent work but slow

Essentially our job was to outline half the table and the two leafs (we were pleasantly surprised these could be added for a relatively modest amount - I think $12) In addition, they asked for the table company and any serial or model number. About two or three weeks later, right as promised, the package arrived. Our measurements were accurate as the pads fit perfectly. The quality is great. Now the pads are on the table, which looks great, and will be covered by a table cloth with we have formal dinners."
