"OMG !!!!!! This company is the bomb.❤️❤️❤️ I had 4 different roof companies to come out. Robert was the best. From the first interview til the last he was very professional. There was no rushing He was very patient. Mind you I am a senior and not once did I feel I was being taking advantage of or pressured. He explained the materials they would be using. When I did decide to use him he came back out went over everything again and later that evening called and confirm that his team will be there next morning between 7-8. By 7:30 the team arrives. Omg !!!! I have no complaints the beginning to the end of tearing the roof down they gave pictures. The clean up was amazing. They did not leave until everything was completed. He did an amazing job to say the least from picking up the door I wanted at Home Depot, installing it in a timely manner (but not rushed), and checking in throughout the process asking if I d like any adjustments. "Deniz did a great job sealing a leak in my roof, swapping out some damaged siding, and installing a new glass slider door. We had a little trouble with the latch - not his fault; it's how Andersen milled the holes - and a great measure of someone you hire is how things turn out in the end when everything isn't perfect out of the box. The door slides & locks perfectly, seal is perfect (unlike the old slider this replaced). We're very happy with the jobs all around and would hire him again no problem."

"Jose from Santamaria Roofing proved to be a true gentleman, he kept his word and his contract by showing up when he said he would, doing an amazing job, leaving my home looking better then it did at the start and took all trash & garbage with him. I had Santamaria do gutters on 2 houses, flashing on my chimney, as well as replace some pitted aluminum trim on my home. I will be having him back in the fall to redo more of my aluminum trim. He showed up with 7 guys and they all went straight to the project I guess was assigned before they arrived. Great crew, under a great boss! The most amazing thing was for someone so professional to have underbid by 30% the next bid and still come and do quality installations. This has restored my faith that there are Great contractors still out there, and Jose with Santamaria roofing is one of them. Hire these guys and you will have no headaches!"

"We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. Bill Taylor arrived on time on 10/13/18 to provide a free estimate for the roof removal and replacement. He explained the entire job in detail and was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. In addition to roof replacement, the chimney needed a new crown and regrouting. Also new gutters needed to be installed. I had received a call from their office staff to schedule installation date and expected time of arrival. The crew and material arrived 7:00AM as expected and work started immediately.
