"The work itself was fine. MOST IMPORTANT POINT: The work has a lifetime guarantee, passable on to the next owner. We have not had any leaks since, and that was months ago. It doesn't look pretty, but we didn't ask them to beautify it and we don't intend to finish the basement. The not so great part was that we had taken off work the day the work was scheduled, but informed too late that day that they wanted to reschedule. They ended up sending a crew in late afternoon/early evening, so we all had to hear the sound of the drill. They plugged something into the emergency battery for our pellet stove, blowing the fuse, and not telling us about it. They also left a layer of drill dust on top of the pellet stove. The cost I quoted may not be exactly right, since it has been a few months, but I do remember it cost less than I thought it would. I would have gotten it taken care of long ago if I knew the cost. We didn't realize what a chore it had become to wet vac the basement repeatedly when it rained."
