Nothing really to discuss, he explained the issue , what cause the clog, and advised me how to avoid in the future (older house, older pipes, more prone to clogs). When he was done he reported his findings, made his recommendations, and was off. I like tradespeople like that. Friendly, but all business , and professional. So the only thing is that I think the price is high. The cost of a service call, if no work was done, was 175. To me that's high, and I am from CT. Must service calls are 100 or less. I think it should have cost me about 200 bucks , tops. But it's not fun work, and you want it taken care of, and I am new to the area, so I went directly to them. In the future I may find a private plumber who will do the same for less. I may be off base but that's my sense. <br />"
