"OMG !!!!!! This company is the bomb.❤️❤️❤️ I had 4 different roof companies to come out. Robert was the best. From the first interview til the last he was very professional. There was no rushing He was very patient. Mind you I am a senior and not once did I feel I was being taking advantage of or pressured. He explained the materials they would be using. When I did decide to use him he came back out went over everything again and later that evening called and confirm that his team will be there next morning between 7-8. By 7:30 the team arrives. Omg !!!! I have no complaints the beginning to the end of tearing the roof down they gave pictures. The clean up was amazing. They did not leave until everything was completed. "Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"Working with Pinnacle Roofing 786 was a pleasure. The owner is very responsive, pays attention to all details and aspects of the job process, and communicative. The workers that showed up arrived on time and worked quickly. We reached out to Pinnacle Roofing to inspect my roof and they pointed out some areas that needed major attention and provided options of repair versus full roof replacement. We decided to go with the full roof replacement and could not be happier. So far no issues and we already have tested the roof with snowy and wet weather. Customer service has been excellent. Contacted Pinnacle Roofing to come by and check something months after the job was complete, and had someone at my door a couple of days later. Would not hesitate to recommend or work with Pinnacle Roofing again."

"Deniz and the Non-Stop Crew have been totally responsive, timely, thorough, and clean while performing work at my house. Timeliness is important for me in any contractor and Non-Stop is always here when they say they will be. When I need work other than the roof, Deniz has a great network of tradesmen (plumbers, electricians, tile guys) who maintain his own high standards. Even if I was dealing with one of the other trades, Deniz stopped by to make sure the job was being done correctly and with no issues. The roof job was awesome--the crew was in early, completed tear-off, and laid down the new shingles, all in one day. Most impressive was the guy who walked around the house to make sure there were no stray bits of roofing and nails left in the gardens or yard. I can't recommend Non-Stop enough for roofing and for other household projects."

"Mike and his team did an amazing job repairing the roof on my parents' brownstone in Brooklyn. The roof hadn't been replaced in many years, and we were experiencing leaks. They were able to strip the roof down to the beams, repair the foundation (including replacing a few rotted beams), and install a new roof in just three days! They were true professionals throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent from the start, so we knew exactly what to expect—materials for the roof, arrival times, and the estimated completion timeline. "I had 3 layers of roofing on my house, and over the last 2 years I spent a ton of money on repairs. Finally I called Rapid Roofing and when they assessed the roof, they let me know that the reason I was having so many leaks was from the 3 layers of roofing and not having a proper roofing system. "I decided to have my roof inspected and replaced (if necessary). I had several companies come look at the roof and I decided on Brothers. After the inspection I was told it had to be replaced and I was given a presentation where I was told everything that would be done, I made a few decisions about materials and colors and gave him a deposit. It took 3 weeks because of other work they were doing and then the weather but they came and took down the roof the first day then came back and put on the new roof on Day 2. They worked nonstop both days and cleaned up the mess before they left. My new roof looks terrific and I am very happy with it. That was the good and now the bad. When I got my estimate ($9500) I was told the only other possible charge was if they had to replace any roof panels. I asked worse case scenario and he said all 65 panels would have to be replaced at $65 each (after 5 free) or $3900. I asked how likely that was and he said that he just completed 2 roofs and hadn't replaced a single panel. So of course 15 minutes after they start he tells me they have to replace all 65 panels. When he came by a few days later for the balance I meant to ask him about my discount but I forgot until after he left. I texted him but my text messages went unanswered until I sent an email to the company and I got a phone call within the hour. I explained that I paid $12,900 after a $500 discount but it should have been a $1,000 discount (website says $1k on projects over $10k). First they said that they gave a $9500 price so the $3900 additional cost doesn't count! Then he changed directions and said that he charged me $65 per panel instead of $75 per panel and when I told him he charged me what he quoted me, he said it could have been $75 per panel. It was obvious that he was going to say whatever he had to say to justify not giving me the discount I was entitled to. Bottom line: Make sure you get all charged and discounts in writing. I was disappointed in how they ignored me for days then gave a poor excuse. I said I would hire them again BUT if I did I would get everything in writing upfront!"

"Installation Date: Late August 2022 The roof installation and gutters were installed and look great. I DO NOT like what they did with the flashing on my chimney. It looked cheap, put together in haste, and with really bad and cheap materials. I had to call and argue with a representative to explain to him that the job they did on the chimney was horrible and that it had to be corrected. He tried to convince me it was the way it's done. I then showed him my neighbors house who had their roof done by another company. Power Home charges a premium and it didn't seem like they were very invested in the job they were doing. Additionally, the trash bin that was delivered was way to small and all the trash didn't fit. As a consequence, they left trash in front on my house and on my property for weeks after. I had to call a second time and resort to begging to get them to come by to pick up the trash. Overall, I feel like they didn't respect the job they were doing, the final touches were horrible, and they didn't treat my home with love or respect (as if it were their own home). Also, there is now a huge gap between the siding and the new roofing material. I fee they should have found and budgeted for a solution for that issue in the form of a bit of siding or flashing to minimize that gap. Now water and critters will get in through that gap. Overall, if I could do it again, I would defiantly NOT chose Power Home Remodeling. I DO NOT recommend them."
