"During our consultation, Mike was professional and honest.  His quote was reasonable.  The work was completed on time, but the aesthetics of one of the repairs (replacing concrete surface on pathway leading to our front door) were quite poor due to the type of concrete used and finish.  Mik was very responsive to our concerns and replaced the entire section with limestone to match the rest of our stairs at no additional cost.  He was truly committed to getting it right and I would count this as one of my best experiences with a contractor."
