"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Constantly receive compliments on the impressive finished product of our newly renovated apartment that is ready to move in."

"If I could give them 10 stars I would. I had Garden State Home Remodeling come to pave my old torn up driveway and yard space and replace with asphalt. This was my first major home project and I was really nervous. Kelvin walked me thru the entire process from beginning to end. Kelvin was so professional and answered every question I had. "American Home replaced my roof and siding, porch windows and some add-on exterior lighting. One of the reasons I chose AHR was not just due to the best price, they came in line with other estimates I received, but because they included things with their final price that similar companies had as add-ons at an extra cost such as the dumpster and gutter system. I did not know what to expect as this was the first time I've had these things replaced. My rep John was awesome, he was professional, friendly and accommodating, and was able to work with me on the spot vs. "I have to check back to the owners" which I got from other companies. John was readily available by phone, text, and in person. He walked me through all the steps, timelines, and the whole process. After the crew finished, he took my list of 'nit-pick' things and made sure they were addressed. "I was looking for a contractor to renovate a 2BR rental property. After meeting with several contractors I had decided to go with HD Renovations. During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. He was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to every question or idea. He had great suggestions along the way and really took pride in his work. The project lasted a month when others had taken 6-8weeks and stayed very close to budget even though I had made a few additions to the original proposal. As a landlord I have used many contractors over the years. HD Renovations were the best! I look forward to working with them in the future!"
