"Ford from Brewster Appliance showed up on the day and time agreed upon. I bought a stove that needed to be converted from LP gas to Natural gas. Ford changed out the orifices checked the stove, fine tuned the flames and even helped me order a part for a broken ice maker on my fridge. Ford was a nice guy, very efficient , knew what exactly had to be done and took care of the problem. Well worth the two hundred and I will use him again if the need arises. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
