"Our kitchen water faucet was installed two months ago by Mr Fix it Handyman. It became loose and twisted 90 degrees. We contacted Lorenzo for the repair. He arrived the next day and quickly determined that the original product was defective. He advised us to return defective part (faucet) and recommended a more reliable faucet which was very affordable (under $100). He said he would wait for me to run to the store and purchase the replacement faucet at no extra cost. I purchased the recommended product (and was able to return defective one according to his instructions) and he was then able to install it immediately at no charge or fee. "Bryce came out and checked out the RV before ordering new valves. Our rig is a 2003 Suncruiser and we are the third owner so it is now out of warranty. The new valve didn’t seem to make a difference but they checked with the factory and discovered it could be just an air bubble. We ran the slide in and out a few times to get the bubble out and it works like a champ now. At Your Service never charges additional trip fees if they have to come back on the same work order. We have used them for all our repair needs since we bought this RV in 2012. They are the best RV service center around as they come to you and are trained on all brands. "It went amazingly well. I have had other jobs done in the past, but Louis is the most professional and honest contractor I have ever dealt with. He was very accommodating and followed through on everything he promised. There were no unpleasant surprises and the quality of the work surpassed my expectations. His crew were very courteous and considerate. They were not leaving unless we were completely satisfied. They also did small things that were not contracted for no charge such as replacing our entryway door set, patching drywall and repairing damaged baseboard. They even fit in a small side job I needed done when I realized installing a heavy glass shower door was beyond my own abilities. I bought the wrong size door, but Josh made some adjustments and made it work. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great contractor with an outstanding crew."
