"I called and got a call back within the 24 hours states in the message. They were able to come out quickly and take care of all work that was possible to do. They came within the allotted 2 hour window and were polite and cleaned up after they were done. They fixed the toilet and made sure it worked properly, made an adjustment as well as installed the new sink and faucet. We have an old tub with a old style lead pipe that clogs quickly. They tried to do a few things to help but didn’t want to damage the pipe. They are the only plumbers that gave an alternative to cutting a hole in my living room ceiling that would ruin antique plaster work. They suggested going through an adjacent closet. I will be calling them in the future to replace tub drain pipe."

I hired them do install a French drain and sump pump. I had a lot of water and needed masonry work done on the old foundation walls. The owner reassured me, and informed me of the mortar he was using, and he and his crew did a great job with repairing leaks and applying thoro-seal on the walls. Another big problem I had was with mold and mildew. He cleaned the entire basement and it is now mold free! When the job was finished, the owner came, took a look, and it looks like I have a brand new basement! I am very pleased with the company and its work! "<p>Tom was just wonderful and very helpful. I did not know at the time but Tom was on vacation when I called. He still returned my call. We made arrangements for him to  come see how much the job would cost. His price was lower than two others. He also told me about a $1900.00 rebate I was eligible for but did not know about.  </p> <p>We had to have some workers come in to remove the asbestos and old boiler. Tom came back to Spfld. to check and to make sure all was going as it should. He told me it would take about a day and a half to remove the asbestos and old boiler. Which it did. The following Monday Tom came to install the new boiler. He also fixed some other small problems I had.  I didn't even have to ask him to do them. He got the job done fast and efficiently. Cleaned up after himself every time he worked at my house. </p> <p> I had my house up for sale and it was sold just a day or so before the installation was complete. Tom reassured me he would be happy to talk to the new owners to explain whatever they wanted or needed to know about the new boiler. The new owners told me he did give them a run down on the boiler. </p> <p>Tom did the work in a very timely manner and did a great job.</p> <p>One other very nice thing he did was, he called me about a month after the installation just to see how I was doing. "I was very happy with the service provided by Anthony and his crew.  They communicated with me constantly, were easy to approach with questions and they worked quickly. There seemed to be a lot of attention to detail.  All the debris and asphalt were carted away and the job was left clean.  They will be back in the spring when the trenching can be regraded and reseeded.    I waited to do this review until we had one good freeze and one good soaking rain and this was the week it happened. "Steve Wall and Real Dry Waterproofing were fantastic! Steve came out and checked over my basement very soon after I called him and started working soon after that. Steve is a very nice person. He explained in detail what the problem was and how he and his crew would fix it. They did a great job. A few days after doing the repair I noticed that there was still a very small leak that was coming from the very corner of the hall where the larger pool of water had initially appeared; this area was virtually hidden by a large bookcase that went almost all the way up to the ceiling at that location. When I called Steve he came out right away and surveyed the situation and a few days later moved the bookcase and slightly extended the drainpipe he had originally placed before and covered this extension with new concrete. This extra work was done at no additional cost to me. Thus in summary: I am extremely pleased with the work I had done and Steve Wall is one of the nicest persons I have met. I give him and his company my very highest review. (As a university professor and research scientist I don't undertake reviews lightly.)"
