They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control. They far exceeded expectations on the more difficult property and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I rated them a B for price because this was the first time we've had to use this service."

"The initial call was for stinging insects flying around my frond door.  I called on a Tuesday evening and a technician arrived before noon on Wednesday. He correctly identified the insects as ground-dwelling yellow jackets, and assured me that the spray he would use would not harm the 35 year old cactus they had nested under. While he sprayed, I asked him about occasional carpenter ants in the house. With a quick look he spotted what was drawing the ants to the house, leaf litter in the gutters. <br /> Since he was already on site, I asked him to take care of the ant issue. He sprayed for the ants and told me that they would be back if I did not clean out the 'ant food' in my gutters. <br /> Everything was over and done with in 45 minutes! No more ants, no more yellow jackets! <br />"

"Matt showed up for the initial inspection on time and conducted an indoor and outdoor inspection. Once we received the estimate, we asked him to schedule the work. He finished the foundation work first and set snap traps inside to catch any mice trapped inside the house. He came back a few days later to finish the roof work and remove the traps with mice. He set up new traps to replace the used ones and came back a few days later to check on those. Matt always arrived when expected and finished his work in a timely matter. "We have been using Budget Termite and Pest Control for over 25 yrs,  they arrive on schedule, our service technicians have alway displayed professionalism and knowledge.  When we  had an  issues in the past with carpenter ants  they came right over and determined the ants were coming from  a decomposing tree and advised us to remove the tree and not to have mulch right up against our foundation with those simple instructions and a treatment we havent had a problem with carpenter ants.
