"as installed in 2010, which is correctThe plumbers did arrive about 1 hour and 40 minutes into the 2 hour window.  I explained the problem.  They asked me to show where the drain went in the basement.  They estimated it was about 55 feet from the kitchen sink that would need to be cleaned.  They said they would perform a whole house plumbing inspection while there.  While one plumber worked on the drain the other checked for natural gas leaks, there were none, and checked the water heater.  They told me the water heater was installed in 2010, which is correct.  He also told me the anode rod needed replacing.  I googled anode rods and found 2 references from plumbing supply companies that verified everything he told me.  They also sold me an enzyme to maintain the drain.

"Smooth as could be from call to completion.  For $279 (Angie's List deal) they came in and reglazed our nasty old tub to a sparkling white new finish.  It was fast, too. Our old tub had been flaking and chipping - it looks BRAND NEW.  The one note of caution that I would say is the smell is AWFUL.  Thankfully, we have an attic fan and a bathroom fan.  It took about 2-3 days before going into the bathroom didn't knock you out. :)  The installer cautioned not to use bathmats on the tub anymore, since they could suction up the coating I guess.  There are options for non-slip aids though.

"Marc did a fantastic job for us! We had two properties, a rental house in University City and a condo in Clayton and both had ugly and old tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. Marc was helpful and professional in seeing the projects right away, giving us written bids and helping us select the colors. He and his workers did a great job protecting the cabinets and walls and worked quickly and efficiently. Plus they were able to squeeze us into their schedule. The baths and kitchen look brand new! We also had the tile floors in the three bathrooms sprayed and our designer thought we had laid new tile!"

"I am extremely pleased with the job completed by Jason and his team. This team is professional and very attuned to detail. There were a few things, not related to the kitchen, that came up during the project, which I asked the team to address. They handled them and still were able to work on the kitchen project. The team worked up until they had to wait on the counter top installation; then, returned and finished the job. The job was started on 5/20/19 and was finished on 6/21/19. "There were both good things and bad things about replacing a shower with Signature. The design phase went very well. The designer was helpful in narrowing down ideas and providing feedback while still allowing me to make the final choice. It was for help with design that I initially chose to use Signature. I also knew I would pay a little more for that service. However, after all the initial choices were laid out, some things started to go wrong. First, during install, four holes were accidentally poked all the way through the wall into the connecting room. While the holes were repaired by spackling and sanding over, I was now faced with having to repaint at a minimum a whole wall and possibly an entire master bedroom since the previous home owner did not leave any matching paint. Also after installation was done, I found some unused grout had been dumped at the side of my house by the garage instead of being disposed of properly. The real problem happened several months after the install. The entire faucet apparatus became loose from the wall. I called Signature to report the problem and after a couple weeks they finally sent out the original installer to fix it. It was tightened for a while, but again came loose after a few months. I again reported the problem to Signature and my designer but this time they did not contact me to take care of the problem. I ended up having to pay money to have a regular plumber come and take a look at it. They quickly identified that part of the valve must have broken during installation and instead of having a proper fix when the wall was open, a cheap jerry-built solution was attempted to be used not only on the original install (possibly tried to glue with silicone) but on the first re-fix as well. The plumber even found a drywall anchor used as part of the incorrect fix attempt. Long story short is the design and materials are good, but beware that customer service after the sale is terrible and your might be responsible for paying more for someone else to come fix their mistakes. I understand things rarely go perfect, but if they had owned up to their mistakes and fixed them properly, I would have considered using them again, albeit with a different installer who does not take shortcuts."

"I contacted several plumbers this day and Mr. Craig was the only one that returned my call. Once I told him the problem he told me a time and a price and he was there to fix the problem. "We had a very good experience with our Bathroom Remodel. Basically, the bathroom was gutted. Dylan was the representative that helped us through the design process. He brought all samples to our home to make choices. He was patient, knowledgeable, and overall, very pleasant to work with. Ben and Kellan performed the work on the project. They were very professional, and extremely hard working! They literally took lunch breaks and other than that worked the entire day without breaking. They were quiet as can be, they didn't have any music playing or even receive private phone calls. They cleaned up after themselves each evening before they left. Extremely pleasant to have in our home. They kept us informed along the way and paid attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with the end results, job well done.
