"Stephen and his crew at Ten Point Roofing did a great job on our roof and skylight and he was a pleasure to work with. We got several quotes, all using the same shingles/materials so we were comparing apples-to-apples, and Stephen’s quote was the best by far and more importantly, we got a really good feel that he was the right guy for the job and he didn’t disappoint. The job was completed in one day and they were very conscientious of our landscaping and surrounding area. Clean up went great, very thorough and they made sure there were no stray nails or trash left behind. There was one minor item that we wanted corrected which Stephen fixed in a timely manner and it turned out better than expected. "We sadly signed up for a free estimate. Jon came on 8/16 and we were told by Jon a few times all we had to do was call in within 3 days and get our deposit back. I asked twice and my husband asked once he said "all we have to do is call and we will get our $100 back" Clearly not true. I called on the 3rd day 8/19 and spoke with a lady, i thought her name was gabby, but apparently they lied giving me that name she doesnt work there. I have no idea what her name was sadly I did not record the call. Was told my papers weren't put in it was no issue, my check would be mailed on Monday the next business day. Well a week later I get a call from financing stating they need signatures. Confused I was like we canceled and you all were supposedly mailing my check. Well low and behold apparently you can't cancel over the phone. So Jon lied multiple times and "gabby" lied when I called in. They cashed out check and our free estimate cost us $100. I was told the VP would call us back on 8/26. He finally called us on 8/29. We missed the call but called right back. Have tried calling today 8/30. When I called to cancel the service it was within my time period! Of course now it's out. Lesson learned! Don't trust them! When I called on 8/19 at 3:24pm the call lasted under 2 minutes, which it was very quick. Told them I needed to cancel an epoxy job, transferred me to some girl, I told her jon said all I had to do was call. she said up and went on about the papers not being filed yet and since it was friday and late the check wouldn't be mailed till monday. Never again."
