"Sean was very responsive and professional all along from the first time I called. He waited patiently while I vetted other companies and was ready with the culvert when the other companies weren't. I didn't expect him to be able to get to me so soon due to a big job he was on ahead of me but he came and got it done quickly and neatly. It turned out that the old culvert had been crushed with blacktop pieces so they had to leave and bring in a claw truck to get it out but they got it done. Very nice people that I would definitely hire again."

If we bid on a job & a proposal is written up for a job explaining what is involved & how much it cost, then we usually ask for either one third or one half up front & the balance due upon completion of job.
