"We recently had two windows replaced by C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. The decision to have the work done was difficult for us, since I have successfully replaced most of the other windows in the house myself, and those results have been highly satisfactory. There have been no problems and lots of compliments from friends. However, the process was time consuming and not easy. Besides, we anticipated additional problems replacing these windows due to peculiarities with the location, which was one reason they were last on our replacement list. Suffice it to say we were extremely pleased with C. Michaelâ s professional installation of our new casement windows. The old windows were glued in place and were removed only with great difficulty; but the work was completed in a day. Clean up was done perfectly. There were several men in the crew, all of whom were cheerful and very respectful as they did their work. Their foreman was helpful, courteous and firmly in control. The completed installation was superb. We highly recommend C. Michael Exteriors and will use their services again should the need arise."

"Amazing! They showed up each morning and started right in. They were very organized in how they removed and replaced the windows with one crew and another crew removed our original cedar siding and replaced it with vinyl siding. They put up wrap then insulation before putting on the siding. They replaced the posts on the front porch, wrapped all trim, new soffit, as well as new gutters. We also had them replace the 'skirt' around our deck, build new stairs and add railing to match the house. They hung new lights we purchased separately as well as a new door bell. They vacuumed all dust and debris as a result of replacing the windows. They cleaned up the yard and driveway of the debris from replacing the siding. They were professional and polite. They completed the work in the time frame they said they would."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

Matthew and Stephen removed the Jacuzzi in one piece without any damage or inconvenience to us. The walk-in shower that they installed to replace the Jacuzzi tub came out just as we were told. Matthew Smith’s tile work was phenomenal. We told him his tile work was artistic! You could tell he took the time to make everything just perfect, a sign of a quality contractor. Matthew and Stephen kept us informed every step of the way and we felt like this was a partnership. On a scale of 1-10, we would give them a 12!
