"The Project was a complete success from start to finish! Elias, the Project Manager was excellent. We had a major problem with a roof that was leaking . We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. Elias spent the most time of any of the contractors viewing and evaluating the roof and siding as well as the inside of the house where the water was leaking into and discussed the project with the President of Beantown. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. "My neighbor had Waterman put a new roof on their house. I was able to watch it being done from my window. I did not see any of the workman take a break during the entire job. They came early, finished by about 1:00, cleaned up everything, and generally did a super job. I wrote down the name of the company and telephone number from the sign that was left on the the lawn. A short time after the roof was done, another neighbor happened to ask me if I knew anyone who did roofing. I told them about Watermark, and they hired them and were very satisfied. When the time came for me to need a roof, I hired Waterman. The man that came to my house helped me pick out a color that was similar to what I had.The shingles were put on in a weave pattern. The color and the weave is beautiful. They sent a big crew and the work got done quickly. The also did my shed to match the house, they fixed my chimney, and put in a fan from my bathroom to the outside that never got done when I had a new bathroom done. They checked my attic for mold since the bathroom. fan only went to the attic. I am extremely satisfied with the work and how nice everyone was, including the lady in the office. "I had a leak that can be seen from a ceiling. Called several roofing companies and got no reply back. Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. Definitely will recommend Global Home Improvement, Inc as a honest and very professional company !"
