He recommended drilling out a trough on three sides of the basement, installing French drains, then covering them with stone and gravel before repaving, plus adding double sump pumps at the lowest point of the basement. John came out personally with his crew for three consecutive days, broke out the basement, carried it all away bucket by bucket, installed the French drains and double sump pumps and a new grated basin in front of the entrance door, repaved the basement and hardly left a speck of dust behind.
