"I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project."

"The work was excellent. The worker was very knowledgeable about Masonry. He knew that how the cure time would be effected by cool temps. The project took longer because of that but it will last much longer. There seemed to be some communication issues between the contract manager, the office and the mason."

My upstairs hallways and stairs had been painted an ugly dark brown color and the floor was sticky. He did a beautiful job and restored the floors back to their former look."

"It is rare to come across any contractor that is actually focused on quality and not moving on to the next job. We hired these folks to refinish 20 year old hardwood throughout our house and change the color. They did floor refinishing, railings, spindles, and expanded the floor with new wood into a new room. What I loved about them is that they put in the time to make sure that it was done perfectly. Matching old wood with new wood is not easy. When it was first stained, the owner did not like the color variance between the old and new, so he literally ripped it up and started over. We did not even ask him to do it. He just was not happy with it. Literally, the guys were on their hands and knees inspecting each plank of wood after it was refinished to make sure that there were no imperfections. They did not rush and cleaned up after themselves. Price was right in line with other bids we got, but in terms of quality, we received way more than we paid for."
