I knew what to expect and the project proceeded without any issues. The crew arrived on time all 3 days and kept on schedule. 26 structural beams were installed, drain tile (217 feet) removed and replaced, a new sump pump and an additional pump installed on the other side of the basement. The crew kept me informed and cleaned up when they were done. I've been through this before with another company at another house and this time it was not as invasive. I would highly recommend Accurate."

"The Roto-Rooter plumber was great and explained everything clearly. He fixed the issue and left everything neat and clean. The reason for the 4 star is they were supposed to call 30 mins before arrival. They showed up without calling and I had to rush home from work. The 4 stars is also due to sticker shock (no fault of the plumber). Original quote was $720 for a clogged drain. They knocked it down to $500 with only a 30 day warranty rather than 6 month. He found the clog at 35’ (10’ beyond my 25’ snake) in less than 20 mins. I now know I can get a 125’ power snake with all the different pipe size attachments for $300. I do appreciate the promptness of Roto Rooter, ease of scheduling, and fixing the issue right away, but I will invest in my own 100’ snake before spending $500 for 20 mins of labor (not including their travel). Thanks Roto Rooter for jumping on this and fixing the issue in less than 24 hours after contacting you."

"This was certainly one of the more challenging clogged drains. Lewis was fantastic. My 100+ year old house as usual threw all sorts of difficulties at him. He stuck with it and when he left I finally had a kitchen sink that drained again. He was friendly, explained everything that needed done and had a estimate before proceeding. "Paul from Accurate came out and gave me a very fair assessment. I had been trying for 7 years to get this matter fixed and nothing worked. Right away he saw the problem and suggested I install a new sump pump just for this addition since that part is higher than the rest of the basement and could not be hooked into existing sump pump. Price was very fair given what they needed to do. They explained everything, did a great clean up job and were on time. Pro- since I had this done in January there was a price break. Con- I have to wait till spring to make sure this took care of the problem. However given that fact that the addition basement floor was originally never drained properly to begin with I feel confident the work Accurate did has taken care of the problem. Overall a great experience and would recommend them to anyone."
