The inside staff NLE, C., knew my name and made sure I knew what was next in the project and the timeline. The NLE install crew, led by G., was fast and efficient. Siding looks great. "We initially called Resnick Roofing after seeing positive reviews on Angie's List for a roof inspection due to a leak. Craig arrived to evaluate and recommended a roof replacement, which I knew was about due, and was not simply a sales tactic. He was very upfront, provided recommendations on things I could do myself to prep for it. Craig was also very up front and stated they would not be the cheapest if I was going to get estimates, but it was for good reason. After going through the entire process and spending $17,000, Craig was not wrong. The customer service was top notch. The workmanship was excellent. We were assigned a project manager, Jordan. Jordan kept in touch with us, and was always reachable via cell or email. If you want excellent service and workmanship, I highly recommend them. We will need gutters and siding in the future and will use them again. Their communication throughout the entire process was great and we used Resnick based on previous reviews. Those reviews were spot on."
