"Two professional installers. Done in one day.  If only one person had been there for the install it would have been a 2.5 day job. With two people the job was completed in one day. I bought their recommended Amana furnace/AC. They were personable and interacted well when I had questions. If one person had been there it would have been a 2.5 day job. The unit worked the first time they turned it on and is a significant improvement. At the end of the job they thoroughly cleaned the area. And no up front money which indicated a well run business.
I had been told about other people who installed furnaces but I am confident that they were horror stories waiting to happen. This job required experienced workers. I may have paid more, but I may have ended up with a low quality (cheaper) unit as well as delays while the installer dealt with personal issues or disappeared.
This is the third time I have used Giant and each instance was totally satisfactory.

My fears were unfounded as Bob and his team matched the tile almost perfectly and it actually looked better when they were done. The process took a few days and they were always on time, friendly and extremely neat. I was very impressed at how well they cleaned up after tearing the wall out. "When I found out Waters Electric would upgrade my electrical service for $700 I was skeptical. I spoke with the owner, Ray, and he explained everything he does with the replacement. He came on time and was very professional. Not only did he upgrade the service for $700, but he did things most electricians don't include with their service such as instlling plastic conduit over the wire going up the side of the house. I was very happy with the entire experience. Ray is now the first person I am going to call for work on my investment properties.

"We could not have been more pleased with the work the Madden Brothers did to create our new master bath and closet. From beginning to end, the project was a great experience. We were actually sorry to see them go when the job was finished! When has that ever happened with a contractor? George and Brian gave us exactly what we wanted and did so in a professional, yet extremely pleasant manner. We were very appreciative of their knowledge, experience, and attention to detail. They are both perfectionists when it comes to the way things should be done. If that wasn't all, they left the workspace and house clean and vacuumed every single day and I can't tell you how great, and unusual, that was. Even the subs commented on how neat they were!
