"Went fine. The owner sent 2 employees who did a fair job. I expected a more thorough cleaning but perhaps there wasn't enough time for that. My only recommendation would be to do a better job on the floors. Quick mopping is something I can do myself. And also would have liked a more thorough job on the ceiling fans.

"A crew of two came out to clean my house. There was an older gentleman who was one of their employees and the owner of the company. The employee started on my kitchen and the owner started in my bathroom. The older gentleman did a great job on the kitchen and it looks fantastic. The owner, however, spent two hours cleaning our small bathroom (it only has a toilet, a sink, and shower) and my husband said that it looks like it was clean at all. On top of that, a tile in my shower was pushed in during cleaning process which also loosened the surrounding tiles. Despite breaking the tile, the rest of the work the owner did turned out very well. The glass shower door, sink, and toilet are very clean. I contacted them via the Angie's List Message Center to notify them about the broken tile and received a rude response: "Squeaky Clean Clear Service: Hello, I noticed that loose tile before I started. I sprayed that area then used a ducket of water to wash it down. Thier were no tools being used! Miss Williamson I did use Tilex! Their was no harm done to your tile. Thank you for your business."

I don't feel like I asked too much in having them pay for a tile company to repair the damage they caused. The tile was not loose before they started. I'm not asking them to re-tile the entire shower, I would like the one tile that was caved in to be replaced. This is something that I noted in my Message Center response to their message above, which I feel is completely in my right."
