"Their charge is fine.  We pay ahead of time to have the carpet cleaning done 3 times a year, so it is cheaper that way.  They call up and ask us when to schedule or we can call them.  We have had no problem with them.  They show up when they say they are going to show up.  We will use them again in the future.  We have no reason to change other than if somebody came out with a really really good deal."
