They worked in an organized, neat fashion, leaving minimal dust with the sanding---due to their superior sanding/vacuuming equipment. They explained the steps in the process, fixing some unevenness in our sink area, even repairing a creak we had in our floor and replacing missing pegs. They gave us many choices of stain colors as well as variations of treatment with the final coats. They gave us clear instructions on maintenance, and they were a pleasure to be around. It took him a little longer than he initially estimated to me, but we requested special wood (a more ecologically produced pressure treated lumber) and so there was some time in getting and adjusting to the new materials. "To first start this off Jason came out and explained everything that would be removed and installed. We got on there schedule and Brian and terry were there to do the work. Terry did all the mechanical work followed by Brian who did an excellent job with all the tile work and Jason came in to do the finish work it was a great experience.
