He was clear about the process involved, always courteous and available to answer questions. The cabinetry company that he worked with made the complicated process of choosing cabinet color and styles, countertops, backsplashes and fixtures very smooth for us. The work was completed on time and on budget, and any additional work we requested was priced fairly. "As all the previous reviewers have said, DC 57 Construction is definitely a 5 star company. Lucas came to my home 3 times and helped me plan out the job. The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms. In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I am having Lucas come back soon to install a new screen door. Hiring Lucas and Tiago was definitely a great decision as my home looks much better."

"I had the good fortune to encounter Neary Construction last year, when I needed a lot of work done to remedy the damage that the awful winter of 2014-2015 did to my house.  <br> <br>Short form: I am very picky about my contractors, and Neary went above and beyond on almost every level. Billy went over the damaged areas carefully, pointed out several things I had not thought were problems (but obviously were, in hindsight), and took the time necessary to explain the work that needed to be done. Then he sent me an itemized list of fixes that needed to be made. I chose the ones that were most needed, and Billy didn’t argue with me to do the whole job. The friendly and helpful interactions on the front side were an awesome start.  <br> <br>Then he came when he said he would, did the work in a very competent way, and cleaned up after himself when he was done. I have to say that his competent and professional manner, his obvious depth of knowledge, and his overall business practices are far and away the best experience I’ve ever had in a contractor.  <br> <br>This spring, I called him in again to do some work on my front porch, and in my kitchen. Same service, same professionalism, no hard sell, and first-class work.  <br> <br>Scheduling is a little rough-and-ready (and more last-minute than I’d like), but that's a very small issue when set against the overall backdrop of good and competent work. <br> <br>I’d recommend these guys without reservations. "We hired Redman to completely gut our kitchen and dining room and make them one room. All new cabinets, island, windows, floors etc. it was such a smooth process and the finished product looked like it came off a magazine cover. We were so pleased that we hired them again to remove our entire second floor and turn our cape style house into a garrison style. The transformation was incredible. We added a second floor laundry, bathroom, Master bath, guest room/office and attic. I would not only recommend them to anyone needing work I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"This review is long overdue on my end but I wanted to provide a positive recommendation for Chase and his company on the demolition and replacement of two older new decks in our backyard and a new ceiling. After experiencing working with several contractors in the past that we're less then impressive I found Chase to be very through and professional and kept his promises on all the work that was done. I'm very detailed and the final outcome more then met our goals for having something built correctly that will last for a long time. Phase two of our project was to replace a tounge and groove knotty pine wood ceiling above an outdoor farmers porch. I was very concerned about how this would turn out since other contractors has told us how difficult the rip and replace would be. Chase found a way to get it done with the least amount of impact to the existing framing. Also, the crew working for Chase was always polite and courteous to all of our questions and he does have an admin that called in the evening at the end of every day to ask us about our experience. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of remodeling in the future."
