"The fence was fine, but many years after the install I attempted to fix an issue that I assumed was caused buy the ground settling, I discovered what in my opinion was a **** poor installation. I had mistakenly assumed that all of the posts for the vinyl fence would have been installed and set in concrete BELOW frost level. When I started to work on the issue of the corner of the fence sagging I discovered that the corner post was cut off 1 inch below ground level and not set in cement which i paid for. After a few years of struggling with the fence gate I discovered the issue with the poorly installed corner post. So, I called Sweezy fence in Whitman mass to report the issue I got a response that I would hope other customers don't get. " Bla Bla Bla - we've been in business for 50 years, and this isn't our mistake". I fixed the issue with a days worth of labor, but wasn't happy with the shoddy installation of the corner post. Look at the attached picture and ask if this is how you would like your fence to look."

The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. "Edson Krefta and his crew are amazing. We met with quite a few masons and landscapers but Krefta Landscaping was quickly the obvious choice. Edson was very responsive, came out in person to discuss a detailed proposal, and was the only one who wasn't intimidated by the slightly sloped location of where we wanted the patio! Others suggested we move it or do some bizarre designs to make it work -- Edson wasn't at all intimidated and made it work perfectly. We were also really impressed with the Krefta team. They are all perfectionists and we were also so impressed by the level of clean-up they did at the end of each day, even when they'd be back the next morning to keep working. Really can't recommend Krefta Landscaping highly enough. Will definitely work with them again for any Landscaping needs."
