"We just purchased the fence, they did not install.  Not because we didn't want them to because of price.  It was just that we had our own landscaper do so because it was part of a bigger project he was already working on.  Mr Fence as I said above was professional and helpful.  Treated us great even after we said we would install ourselves.  Dan at Mr Fence actually worked with our landscaper to pick up the fence and tell him about nuances he'd need to know.  Top notch place, very competitive pricing. <br />"

"I had used this company once before and had a great experience. Not so good this time. I called for an estimate in May, and that went fine. They came back with the lowest price, and because of my good experience earlier I went with this company. There were some bumps this time, related to schedule and communication and also with the bid. The original date I was given for the work to be done was July 1. I took the day off from work to be there, but when I got there they had not shown up. When I called I was told that, due to rainy weather, they were behind and would not be coming that day. I understand about the rain, but no phone call was bad form. They arrived to do the work on the next business day when I could not be there. They worked for a while and then left. My neighbor's cable wire was ripped down when I stopped by to check things out. The next day I called Peter the owner, who told me that there had been an "emergency" and his crew would not be back yo complete the work until the following Saturday. Again, no call from this business to inform me of the delay. The office assistant told me that they were not finishing because they had a more important job. After I fm planed they sent the crew to finish, which I appreciated. When I got to the house I saw that they had left the old fence in a pile. All of the other bids I got included removal of the demolished fencing. I asked and was told that removal was not included, so now I have to hire a service to haul it away. In the end I very much wish that I had chosen a different company because they got the job by intentionally excluding this cost. I know from previous experience that this is a very common practice. The fence looks very good though. In summary I would say good work, but don't expect good communication and be very careful about what is in the quote."

He took time to go to Home Depot with me, where we figured out what look would go best with the house and my budget. Bruce was honest with me about the timeline of the project, and if there was ever an issue he always connected with me to see what would be the best way to solve the issue. "Would have liked to do business with Sweezey Fence but upon first visit the owner refused to put on a mask that he said he had in the car even when I asked politely to do so. That was the end of that. "F" for professionalism on that account. Should get smart and wear a mask. Otherwise I heard good things about this company, which is why I wanted to hire them in the first place. The fences I see done by them look very well done and solid even after several years. So puzzling when company owners don't realize that what keeps business open and kids in school is to all make an effort to keep Covid-19 numbers low. Wearing a mask seems a small thing to do for such a big gain."

The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides.They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. It is a pleasure working with such an honest and reputable company. Especially since the dumpster industry has not been know for this! "Edson Krefta and his crew are amazing. We met with quite a few masons and landscapers but Krefta Landscaping was quickly the obvious choice. Edson was very responsive, came out in person to discuss a detailed proposal, and was the only one who wasn't intimidated by the slightly sloped location of where we wanted the patio! Others suggested we move it or do some bizarre designs to make it work -- Edson wasn't at all intimidated and made it work perfectly. We were also really impressed with the Krefta team. They are all perfectionists and we were also so impressed by the level of clean-up they did at the end of each day, even when they'd be back the next morning to keep working. Really can't recommend Krefta Landscaping highly enough. Will definitely work with them again for any Landscaping needs."
