I called Mr. Ponder to come out and inspect my mother's roof because another contractor mentioned they could see daylight through in the attic.  He came out the very next day and did an extensive inspection. Mr. Ponder did some patch work and vent installation and was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He spent a lot of time doing the job and did not charge her for the work.  He also did not try to sell her on services she did not need.  She plans to use him for additional repairs if needed and would highly recommend him.
