"Fantastic experience with ABS. I’m embarrassed to say when they told me Colleen would be out to measure, I thought , a girl ??!! Total projection since I can’t even measure a rug. She really knows her stuff ! Had great ideas and was completely understanding of keeping my little terror dog from having any slack to start to dig. As you can see my land is hilly and they got this right to the ground. Perfect ! I was also concerned about keeping the view. Colleen explained a 4 foot fence would take care of this. She also encouraged me to sit on the deck with someone holding a measuring stick to be sure it wouldn’t impact the view. I love the way she thinks and communicates! Every-time I had a question she had the answer. She explained things in a way that wasn’t condescending or showed annoyance. I think I was annoying lol. I would’ve wanted to tell me to shut up. The guys who showed up worked nonstop. It was pouring rain and they didn’t care. I told them they could come on a better day but they kept plugging away. I am so impressed with this entire crew , including the excellent communication of the office staff ! Customer service is alive and well on the Cape. Just call ABS fence. You’re welcome !"

"I have been completely satisfied with providers I've used thru Angie's List but this guy was not forthcoming. I needed a roofer due to a damaged kitchen ceiling and an approaching storm on the horizon. Unfortunately, I chose Otto over another provider. Originally, he gave me an estimate of $5,000. Ten minutes after he left, he called me to say he didn't measure the roof accurately & asked for $2,000 more. Due to the emergency situation, I agreed. Once, he had the product he told me the roof would last for twenty years. After he completed the job with the exception of finishing a strip over the inside porch, he said oh, the roof probably won't last twenty years! One of his workers left 2 strips of attached staples on top of the roof. He never came back to complete the job. I called several times within the next two years. At least 6 times he promised to come & finally, the last time I spoke with him was spring of 2017. His final response was "I decided I'm not coming out to finish the job". I would never recommend him to anyone. His attitude was lousy & he was anything but forthcoming.."

"The price I would initially say was a little high but having gone with a cheaper contractor - the work immediately from Briggs was beautiful. Briggs picked up #1 contractor's  mistake of the cement they dug up from our back walkway (which they were not supposed to touch) which the 1st contractor left in a pile in our front yard. Then Briggs put all the Granite the first contractor put against our trees to dry out because the whole patio was wet from their grounding in stone dust. Briggs lined the heavy granite in palettes in the side of our yard very neatly- which was to heavy for my husband and I to carry <br />  After picking up after the first  destructive mason ;Briggs started their own work - they did not put down granite they said we work with what we know works, We watched them the whole week work tirelessly, professionally , punctually - they were the whole package and they went over and above what we paid them for, in cleaning the mess of the first contractor. At the end the quality was lovely with Nantucket  Pavers. I thank you so much Briggs for helping us literally out of a hole.We now need the back filled in which was taken mistakenly up by the #1 contractor . It is Briggs we will be calling. "I contracted with Brian Kelly to remove and replace the existing front entrance stairs and walkway to my home. I couldn't be happier with the great job he and Shane did. They totally rebuilt the stairway and finished it with bluestone and stone veneer. The walkway, which was pea-stone was replaced with pavers. Both the stairs and walkway were sealed. The result is what you see in the attached pics, but I must admit, it looks way better when you're standing on it! They cleaned up every day, were punctual and professional. This was my 2nd time doing business with Kelly Masonry, and won't be my last! Thanks Brian and Shane!"
