"The day before the service, received reminder by e-mail. Day of service, received e-mail with handyman's photo and description. They were on time, actually a little early. Had Cov-id protection. Gave very detailed information on process. Did great work. They couldn't get original trim for the bottom of the shed door; they had to "make it". Loved the whole experience. "I am very pleased with the way the shower now looks.  Due to cracked and old tiles, the shower leaks are now repaired. The leaks were due to the tiles, per plumber evaluation.  The shower full was completely replaced with new tile.  I had no idea it would look as beautiful as it does. 
The work was completed in 1-1/2 days. The technicians, Ryan and Cory worked diligently and professionally in a very "hot" bathroom. They were very considerate of my pets and  my work environment.
Dennie made it a point to check with the men and see that all was going accordingly.  He also checked multiple times with me to see if I was satisfied with the way the job was going.
