"They provided a helpful service for a few years, $125 per visit (plus add-ons if applicable), then after I accommodated them rescheduling their visit for this year multiple times, they suddenly informed me the price was now $320, take it or leave it. The explanation was: Gas and supplies have gone up and cost me more ... As much as we all love inflation, prices have not increased 250% year-over-year. I would just say no to the price and would not care except they really left me hanging after rescheduling for a few weeks and were not respectful to an existing customer because it was not a big enough job for them all of a sudden. The only reason I gave them any stars at all is they did good work previously and were more considerate before."

"I have learned that Greenix has not been performing the services that I have been charged for on a regular basis. On at least the last quarterly service, the technician did not execute the granular defense around the perimeter of my home (several feet away). He also failed to spray around the foundation. With respect to the granular treatment, he only dropped a small amount in a couple locations. This service is to spread an entire line of defense around the home. With respect to the foundation spray, they are to spray up and down 2-3 feet around the entire home. The technician did not even remove the sprayer from the van. In raising the concern to Greenix, Two phone calls with a call center only resulted in their reading of a script with no attempt to actually resolve the issue. A third call with someone who is presumably in a position with Greenix, resulted in his stating that the technician indicated proof of applications byway of documented usage of quantity of chemicals. "I recently called Viking Pest to re-bait my rodent stations in the garage and outside. When they arrived, they refused to do that and told me that since I have a dog, their company policy no longer allows them to. I had the dog when I started service with them. In fact, 2 months prior to their policy change they sold me 2 outdoor bait stations for $75. So basically, they would like me to spend more money and buy into their Smart Rodent technology instead, as their only option claiming it’s safer. If they were offering it at the same cost then that might be an option but it’s not the case. I called multiple times asking for their service manager to call me as I was upset. Each time customer service would say I’d get a call within 48 hours and never did. I guess since Viking is owned by Anticimex a large corporation, they’ve lost sight of customer service. I am very disappointed with Viking Pest, I would not recommend them. If I could give the no stars I would."
