"they did a good job painting my deck, but they didn't follow the instructions on the paint. basically it said 2 coats were a must. they only did one. I wish I would have stressed that 2 coats were needed, now I'm having to do the second coat myself, and I'm annoyed."

"The job was more extensive than originally anticipated. Travis with MainLine Remodel kept me in the loop the whole time and explained recommendations and followed up with pictures. Travis and MainLine Remodel went above and beyond. I live out of town and rent the property. It was very reassuring to have someone there I can trust to do a quality job and to identify areas of concern. Travis identified an improperly installed window that was leaking. He and his team corrected the issue. The incorrectly installed window/leak was not identified by property managers hired to manage the property in the past. Due to the good work, I had the MainLine team do some extra handyman tasks while onsite (e.g. check on a leak spot on the bathroom ceiling). I am very happy with the work performed by Travis and MainLine Remodel. The job was not cheap, but I know I paid for quality work. Travis and the team were busy and had to reschedule a few times, but I understand that speaks to the demand for their services."

"The owner was based out of Wakulla County and I believe his son works out of Tallahassee.  The father came by right on time for his estimate and the work was performed perfectly.  There was a board that had a big knot in it that I was certain wouldn't hold up and he replaced that board promptly.  I might be off on the date within a couple of months but the work was performed in either 2009 or 2010.

"Thought I had a 100% pro deck built but beyond further investigation I noticed my ramp was notched out on one side and the other side was cut flush. Got the owner of the company back out here finally and I was busy with my own work and did not go around to see his work until he was already gone. I will let the pictures do the talking on that one. Also told him to run 1x4 loose to put down used metal roof in same holes but somehow that wasn't possible either. Also was getting an estimate on front porch but thank goodness he never got me the estimate."

"Richards was evidently working several jobs at the same time as mine. He started a day late and the schedule continued to slip. I had to return home before they finished so I have not seen the final product. A friend of mine reports that the job is looks satisfactory."
