"Well. 1st plumber who looked at the system said shower valves needed to be replaced but that was a problem because there are no access panels. Chaub plummer advised valves were good quality and there was no need to replace. He replaced/installed new hardware and did a great job in a timely manner."

"Mark , owner very professional :& honest . Superior work ; knows his profession ; Tested the new pump installed & showed how best to use it. He gave suggestion for improvements on slump pump drainage & performed work to have system work more effectively. He upgraded the drainage system pipes etc for proper flow & drainage field was extended . What an improvement from original . Suggested improvements for system efficiently & all safety features what needs to be completed Asap to avoid future potential problems . He answered all questions ; We need more people like Mark ; He drove long distance to teach our home . He did not rush & very through work ; clean up . ( as we offered we would do clean up .) "Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."
