"Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by. I would truly recommend Eddie and TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems to anybody looking to repair, refinish, or install hardwood floors. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and integrity. "My home is in Melbourne. The salesperson was great but when it came to installation the communication was poor. My appointment was confirmed multiple times. Waited all day for them to to arrive. When I called they said the installer would call me. By 3 pm, when I called again, on hold 10 minutes, then told there was a note on my file that the floor hadn't come in. I was furious! I guess I should have cancelled. I hired Empire because I was told they had their own installers and did not contract out. They sent only 1 person. Good thing we cleared the bedroom of all furniture before he arrived. He was a lovely young man but could barely speak English. When I had to tell him that one of the floor tiles was defective we needed a translator. Also, and this is just my opinion since I installed my own floor in another room years ago, I don't think he was very experienced. Cuts on the quarter round should be put in places with low visibility. Caulking wasn't very good either. The bottom line is that the vinyl floor looks great and we love it. I painted the baseboard and cleaned up some of the caulking as I went along. As I said before, the installer was very lovely and changed out anything we objected to. I just think he should have had a partner and had more experience. Note: I called the salesman about the poor communication and being stood up. He was very apologetic and offered to send us a bottle of wine. We declined because it wasn't his fault. Hope this review was helpful. Proceed with caution."

"Patricia and here team were fantastic every step of the way. I shopped around and she offered a price for installation that could be beat. On top of the great price the instal of my laminate floors and stair case look amazing. There are no gaps at all and no two board ends line up which takes lots of planning. They were even able to relevel my sub floor to fix a squeak that was very annoying. Highly recommended"
