"I highly recommend Patriot Pump and Well Repair to all in need of their services. Our water pump stopped working at 1pm on a Sunday. And we got on the phone and started calling numbers left and right. Everyone else either had answering services, voicemail and I had one company tell me they wouldn’t be able to come out until the following day even though I told them we didn’t have running water in our home! Finally called Patriot Pump and We’ll repair and Scott answered which totally threw me off that I was speaking to someone. "After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. "The entire crew worked very hard including all day Saturday and Sunday.  Even when there was a slight communication breakdown or the quote did not include something that was necessary to do, they did the right thing.  Throughout the whole process we were only without water for a few hours.  The re-pipe was like having major surgery on your house, and they made the surgery as painless as possible.
