Of course it was a good for today sign now price I had more estimates lined up but after 6 hrs and him acting like he was my husbands new bf and beer buddy he signed. "We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet. We found out that much of the work was done wrong and not done as per the plan and specifications or what our salesman told us would be done, the materials we were quoted, paid for and supposed to be used were substituted and never instal"

I hired Mark and his crew to fix whatever was causing major rain leakage, which was getting worse by the day, in the furnace room of my basement. Pat responded promptly, examined the issue, explained what he was seeing, and got me an estimate quickly. Then Mark came and spent a lot of time checking the situation, after which he knocked a substantial amount off the estimate. Mark and his crew--three friendly, polite guys--arrived on time, put down floor and carpet protection, and got to work. They had to work with my regular plumber because the water heater had to be removed and then placed back; they accommodated his schedule. End of second day: Project complete, furnace room cleaner than when they arrived, and one additional price reduction. That kind of honesty is rare these days. I'd already signed a contract saying I would pay them a certain amount and they didn't have to tell me they hadn't needed to do something they thought they would. So, professionalism, courtesy, respect for my property, and honesty. What more could you ask for?"
