Just concerned Empire wanted my money upfront before job is done- but expect me to hang out to dry waiting for reimbursement for plumbing and possible damage to my ceiling. Wish they would just work with plumbers or plumbers apprentice to correctly reseat toilet with a spacer. . Not equitable, not right, not good business practice. Please note- I do absolutely love my floors. They are beautiful!"
