The two gentlemen (Mike and Ethan) who did the insulation were outstanding. Curteous and very very nice young men and a pleasure to talk to. "Well to start with I have a new construction home ( all steel ) that I personally built .. I was told the only way to heat it would be to have it spray foamed .. so now that Iâ m ready for that .. I googled for people that do spray foam insulation in my area .. I got a few phone numbers and the next day I did some calling .. a guy answers .. we talk and says heâ ll get with his wife who schedules the appointments and heâ ll be out ( never heard from them ) then I call another place .. I tell the guy I want and inch and a half in everything walls and ceilings.. then Iâ m going to put roxal insulation in on top of that .. he says ok .. comes out a week later and measures everything up we have a great talk / visit and all .. he leaves .. mind you I was thinking seriously about doing this myself with those kits you can buy ( Tiger Foam ) I almost was about to order the kits ( 3 ) weeks later until I finally get this contract in the mail from the guy that did come and measure everything up .. it was for an inch in everything not even what we discussed .. now Iâ m disgusted ! So I thought lets go on Facebook and ask there for recommendations .. I get a message from a guy ( Shawn ).. that says expect a call from him in a couple minutes .. sure enough he calls .. we talk and he says heâ d be more than happy to come and look at my place here in Acme ( and him coming the whole way from Wimber ) wow I thought .. this is going to be an expensive estimate .. LOL ! He asked if 8:30 tomorrow would work for me ( wow not a week latter like the last guy ) ok I say .. he comes that morning ( on time ) maybe even a bit early .. great guy in presentation of himself and the whole concept of his work .. explains why he does things the way he does and what would have happened if I would have done it the way the other guy was going to do it ( flash and bat ) or even if I did it the way I wanted ( wouldnâ t have been a good thing for sure )! So he comes in starts measuring everything .. explaining things as he goes about .. then he figures it all out right here on the spot and gives me a price that just blew me away .. I remember saying ( what ? ) he started explaining everything again to me and I cut him off and said no .. you donâ t understand .. YOU HAVE the job at that price ! He said when he was going to start and he did on time each and every day they were here .. ( big house 8000sqft ) super great bunch of guys Shawn , Randy and Kenny .. I canâ t thank them enough for the great job they did .. all three worked so well together too ..so very meticulous in everything they did .. I know for sure the place was cleaner probably when they left as to what it was when they came .. I will always be so grateful for a job so well done in every possible aspect of what anyone could have ever expect from anyone and beyond! If you ever have any questions about spray foam or are thinking about having a job done ( spray or injection ) they truly know the business .. these guys are the ones you want .. "They were professional and on time. They cared about our house and put down tarps and stuff to walk on. They did an excellent job on the installation and were helpful in explaining how the system worked. They went over all the components that they installed. From what I can tell, they did a neat job. They had to break a window to vent to the outside. They didn't clean up the broken glass on the outside of the house, but it was probably just an oversight."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"I will use McNeely Construction for all of my home improvement needs! I had a leak in my roof that caused damage to the ceiling in my bedroom. I called five companies and explained the situation and requested bids. A couple were in my range, but I thought I would try one more, and I am so glad I did! They were the only ones to offer to tarp or temporarily patch the hole until the work began – that was the first clue that I was dealing with a company that puts their customers first. The estimator, Brandon, was at my house on time and he was able to answer all of my questions. I didn’t feel any pressure to sign a contract, but I did because of the amazing customer service and the price was right. Six days later, I had a new roof and it looks fabulous! The ladies in the office, Sheri and Janelle, kept in constant contact with me before and after the job. The next day, I had a neighbor ask me who I used because they loved the new roof and needed theirs replaced. I did not hesitate to give them the number for McNeely. I will refer all of my friends and family in the future. .... My next project is siding! I can't wait!"
