"We decided to have our master bathroom remodeled to make it safer after a slip and fall injury occurred while stepping out of our large tub/shower combo. We interviewed several companies and chose America’s Dream Homeworks because we were impressed with what our salesman, Neil, had to offer and the recommendations he made. We enjoyed our visit to the show room, and we were also very pleased with the quality of the products they use. The company was flexible in rescheduling our start date to accommodate my trip to Canada. We have nothing but the highest praise for Viktor Tyukayev who did most of the work himself: demolition down to the subfloor and studs, dry rot repair, installation of sheet rock, tape, texture and paint. He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. She helped us with our products and she was always so responsive and gracious. She is very much suited to her position. Our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and safe. America’s Dream Homeworks very much exceeded our expectations in every way!"

"After a bathroom remodel we were very happy with, we asked Fred to redo our fireplace, which included demolishing the old brick, building out a new fireplace enclosure, cutting and installing a stone hearth as well as a new mantel. Everything turned out very nicely, and as with the bathroom remodel, Fred was very helpful with suggestions guiding us through the process. His work is precise, he's very professional, and his cleanup is thorough."

"Maggie and the team were wonderful to deal with. They have access to the best material around at competitive prices. Maggie was really attentive and worked with contractors to make sure things got done. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again"

"We are extremely happy with our remodeled kitchen and both bathrooms. Mark was very easy to work with and his crews were very skilled, prompt and flexible with a few changes we requested. They completed the job on time and were excellent at communicating their progress along the way. They stayed within the original contract agreement. We highly recommend Marksman Builders."

"Ben is the contractor you want to work with. Ben did two projects for us… a kitchen remodel and new foyer, and then a couple years later a bathroom, new closet, wood stove hearth and hardwood floors and paint throughout our downstairs. He is super detail oriented to the point of being almost OCD. Our projects turned out great and on budget. His bids were mid to higher priced but we went with him again because we know we can trust him and the job would be done correctly. Would definitely work with him again"

"Eli did an amazing job on trimming out my windows and baseboards in maple and installing master bedroom maple closet accordion doors. He is very meticulous, clean and am very happy with the end result. Will for sure call him for future projects."

"James replied quickly to my request. He listened and discussed options. I received three other quotes, all within $100 of each other, but felt most comfortable with James. Job was scheduled. James and Anastaysia arrived on time and completed LR luxury vinyl floor in one day. They picked up materials for me . Floor looks great. My wife and I are very happy with it."

"â The entire team were amazing. We were very hesitant and nervous about the remodel of our master bath as we had not done a remodel before. We interviewed others and continued to delay the project each year as we heard so many nightmarish bathroom remodel stories from friends, until we met Expert Home Builders owner. He kept his promises about budget and timing and delivered even more than we expected. His team arrived and departed according to plan, were extremely neat and even protected our very new hardwood floors (which they had to walk across numerous times daily) from any damage. Our bathroom is everything we hoped for and have been enjoying it for nearly a year. Thank you for a wonderful work !"

"She was fine. We were working long distance and communication took place via phone and email. I would not ever hire someone long distance again for design work unless I see something on their website that is exactly what I like. She was very responsive though and she provided us with pictures of sample furniture and physical designs. I gave her a 'B' because she didn’t take a lot of time to customize the plan to our style. I expected her to adapt to our style, but instead she tried to make our living room fit her style. She seems to have a look that is her style and we actually asked her re-do the plan a few times before we got something usable. In the end, she is very good at what she does and she is very professional, but her design style doesn’t fit our way of living."
