David told us"we can't possibly find damage during inspection"and "live termites in (one)trap is good and shows it's working" Another employee checking traps said"It IS termites but oh well I guess we missed it during inspection".We were told and have paperwork stating ONLY outer barn(200+ft away from house)had termites but NONE in house.Cingo was paid nearly $800 for WHAT??? I have pictures AND video.Would NEVER recommend them!!!!"

"Not very happy with the customer service aspect, I would rate them 1 star. I had to reschedule my appointment due to my 8 year old autism daughter having COVID and RSV, whoever I spoke to decided upon themselves to cancel out my contact, make me redo another estimate and charged me more money, all because I had to reschedule due to a extremely sick child. How low can you be to do that to customers who have special needs child/children and need to reschedule and charge me more. No one ever reached out to discuss what happened, like they don't even care what they do and then tell me they have to charge me extra. I'm in a year contract that I paid for so I will use up my year, as for staying with them highly undoubted due to what they did to me. If they took the time to reach out to me since I did try to complain several times and have been ignored. The technician Carlos is the one who deserves the 5 starrs. He was awesome, listen and responded great to all my concerns, took time to explain or answer any questions. I highly recommend Carlos!"

"We hired Critter Control (a Trutech company) for exclusion work, which included installing a one-way door and sealing entry points. While most of the work was completed, they failed to remove the one-way door or properly finish the job. Despite our multiple calls and messages over the course of over a month, they repeatedly ignored our requests for follow-up. The only way to get someone on the phone was to call the new customer line, as their existing customer line led to a dead-end. Even then, we were told a manager would call us back, but that never happened. They effectively stonewalled us while leaving their work unfinished. In addition to failing to honor their contract, they attempted to charge us for services that were not rendered and auto-charged our card without prior authorization. After giving them one last chance to fix the issue, we had to hire someone else to complete the job. We are now pursuing a chargeback for the cost of their incomplete work. 🚨 If you’re considering using this company, be aware that they may not honor their contract, may charge you for services they don’t provide, and may auto-charge your card without authorization. We would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a more reliable wildlife control service."
