"This contractor was, by far, the most thoughtful of the 3 that I interviewed for my roofing job. He spelled out in his initial estimate the protective measures that would be taken for shrubbery and gardens around the house, a magnetic sweep of the work area after job completion to gather loose nails and even cleaned existing gutters - in addition to all of details of the roofing itself. Additionally, he offered an "all cash" discount, roughly equal to what his debit/credit card processing fee would have been. Finally, and most importantly for most people, his bid was extremely competitive - so he doesn't charge premium fees or exorbitant labor rates for all of his special services. The work crew made a concerted effort to minimize their impact on our activities. "Zach called from Roof Doctors first thing in the morning. He said he was going to be in my area abd offered to come by and look at the roof and where it was leaking. He called again prior to showing up. He is very professional, vand very nice. He looked at the wet spots on my ceiling and asked whether the attic access was located. He went up in the attic, found where it was leaking around a couple of vent pipes. He took pictures in the attic and then went up on the roof. He found the culprits and sealed around the pipes and vents, nails and all. Price was very fair. I highly recommend him based on my experience. He thinks the problem was soved and said to watch it and call him immediately if there are any more problems. I am very impressed by his attituda and willingness to dig right in and solve the problem, worth every penny I paid!"
